    Wheelchair Donation to Garry Marshall

On 25th January 2017, Shoalhaven Heads Lions Club donated a transit wheelchair to former Shoalhaven Heads resident Mr Garry Marshall.

Garry suffers from MS, and was unable to have independent mobility, outside his local area.

Garry lived in Shoalhaven Heads from 1974, until the debilitating disease caused a move to Bomaderry.

Unfortunately Garry's two loves, surfing and guitar playing, are only a memory. However with this latest donation from Shoalhaven Heads Lions, Garry and his family's life is a little easier.

While President’s, Secretaries, Treasurer’s and Membership Chairpersons are targeted in the training that is provided, any Lion (no matter how new or old to the organisation) are encouraged to attend. Information will be provide covering various facets of Lionism that should be interesting to all.

For the purpose of catering with morning teas and the like, it would be appreciated if all attendees could book in with me no later than a week before the Forum you propose to attend. If for example, you are unable to attend the venue closest to your club, you are encouraged to consider going to one of the other venues that might be more suitable date wise.
    Kind regards,
